- What's the minimum order quantity?
- Amenities start at 250 units. Linens start at 60 pieces. Robes and dispensers start at 50. Key cards start at 500. Signage starts at 25. Mix quantities across categories in a single order.
- How long does production take?
- Standard production is 15 working days from approved artwork for printed and woven items, 20 for custom jacquard linens and etched metal signage. Tell us an opening or refurbishment date when you order and we will tell you honestly whether it is achievable.
- Will printed linens survive commercial laundering?
- A print on terry will not — it sits on the pile and wears off within weeks of industrial washing. That is why towels and robes here carry a woven hem label or embroidery instead. It is the single most common disappointment with branded hotel linen, and it is a specification problem rather than a quality one.
- Can you match our brand colours exactly?
- On printed items, yes — send Pantone references or a vector file with defined colours. Woven and jacquard items match to the nearest stock yarn and we send the yarn reference for approval before production. Etched metal is colour-filled, so it matches a Pantone closely but not exactly.
- Do you supply refillable dispensers for single-use plastic rules?
- Yes. Several jurisdictions now restrict single-use bathroom plastics, and the locking wall-mounted dispenser is the usual answer. Single, double and triple chamber versions share one bracket, so you can start with two and add the third later without redrilling tile.
- Which key card standard do we need?
- The one your lock platform uses — and it must be confirmed before ordering, because a card cut for one system is scrap on another. It is the most common reorder mistake we see. Send the lock manufacturer and model with your enquiry and we will confirm the chip standard back to you in writing.
- Can we order by the room rather than by the case?
- Pricing is per unit at every tier, so you can work from a room count. A forty-room property replacing bathroom amenities quarterly usually lands in the 1,000-unit tier without ordering a pallet.
- What happens when our restaurant hours or floor plan change?
- This is why the compendium takes swappable sleeves and the wayfinding panels have a separate printed face. Reprinting a sheet costs a fraction of reprinting a folder, and a compendium with the hours printed into it is wrong the first time they change.
- Do you offer sample sets before a full order?
- Yes. Single samples are available at cost on most items. Most properties order an amenity set and one towel four to six weeks before a refurbishment to approve the hand and the colour in the room's own light.
- Can the same mark be applied across every category?
- Yes — that is what this is built for. The mark is applied from one master artwork file to every product, scaled and placed appropriately for each. A soap wrap, a hem label and an etched plaque need different treatments of the same identity, and we set those up once.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- PayPal, all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Purchase orders and Net-30 terms are available for established property accounts — apply through the quote form.
- Do you put your own branding on the products?
- No. Everything ships under your property's identity, with no Staymize branding on the products or the packaging.
