Common buyer questions:
- Which key card standard do we need? The one your lock platform uses, confirmed in writing before the order is placed. A card cut for one system is scrap on another, and it is the most common reorder mistake we see. Send the lock manufacturer and model and we will confirm the chip standard back to you.
- Why is part of the key card wallet left uncoated? Because a fully coated wallet will not take a front desk pen, and the room number has to be written somewhere. It is a detail that only shows up after ten thousand have been delivered.
- Are printed glass bottles dishwasher safe? Yes — the ink is a ceramic frit fired at temperature, so it is part of the glass rather than on it. That is what makes a refillable bottle amortise across hundreds of washes where a printed label would not survive the first.
- Why is the luggage tag keeper riveted? A stitched keeper is the part that fails, and a tag that comes off a bag in transit is worse than no tag at all.
- Do turndown boxes arrive assembled? Flat-packed, and folded by hand in seconds. Shipping rigid boxes pre-assembled means paying freight on air, which shows up in the unit price.
